I just looked to see when my last post was and it was in May. I have to apologize for my absence, a lot has happen in two months. You might remember from my last post, Life gets in the way, I was on the hunt for a job. Well, I got one. I worked there for almost a month and I got pneumonia. I have a lung condition, so when I catch a cold, there is a good chance of it turning into pneumonia. So I was in the hospital and out of work for a week.
Fast forward to the following week, I was feeling a lot better and was ready to get back to work, well a week after returning to work, I started to feel bad again in my lungs. I knew that this job was too much physical work for me. Sadly, a few days ago, I quit my job.
Now, I said sadly, but is it really sad? I have been so busy with working full time that I have neglected this awesome blog, I have not created anything fun for your kiddos and mine to do. I even slacked on my son's schooling. So I look at it as an opportunity to get back to what is important, you my readers and schooling my son.
Now, I am back home and hopefully, keeping my fingers crossed, I won't need to go back to work part time. I really want to focus on my family and my extended family, you, my readers!
With that being said, I would love to hear what you do to save money, so you can live on one income. Let me know in the comments!
My name is Robin. I am a homeschooling mom of three and I just love to find ways to make learning fun. I am so excited to share my ideas with you. I try to make my ideas as inexpensive as possible. Most of the items I use are things that are around most houses and if you have a printer and ink you are all set. Please feel free to use these ideas in your own learning adventure with your children.
